USPS Priority shipping is free at Cunningham Custom Shop and does not include insurance. If you would like your shipments insured, you must notify Cunningham Custom Shop at the time of your purchase. WARRANTY, RETURNS, and REPAIRS
I definitively guarantee my workmanship, materials and your satisfaction. From every day carry to backcountry elk camp, the instances in which we need a hard using knife are unpredictable, and for this reason I do not define the line between use and abuse. Rather, I shall respectfully hear out the story of each user in the instance of a damaged knife and assist accordingly. Loss and/or theft are not covered, though sharpening is free for life. I make my knives to withstand and deliver incomprehensible beatings (excluding kitchen cutlery), and they should outperform your expectations when it matters most. If you are not entirely pleased with your direct purchase within seven days of reception, I will accept unused knives for exchange, refund, or credit to a new build. In the case of gifting, this seven day window begins at time of reception- if you have received a brand new Cunningham Custom Shop knife as a gift but would prefer a different build, I will oblige a trade-in (only) if notified within a week. Cunningham Custom Shop is not responsible for shipping costs related to returns, repair, or exchanges, and assumes no liability of lost, stolen or damaged items in transit. Any refund or exchange will be executed upon Cunningham Custom Shop's reception of the returned item and no sooner.

CUSTOM ORDERS
No two will ever be the same, and each build will be approached uniquely. My process starts with an open-minded discussion about what you need from your knife. Some concepts I am not fond of nor want to make, like a thonghole, for example. However, if you can prove why you need it, I remain flexible. Lead times will depend on what you want, when you need it and several other factors that may or may not include how busy I am at the time of ordering, but anticipate anywhere from 2-12 weeks. Let me know what you need and I'll make a practical effort to accommodate. I do not require deposits, nor are you obligated to purchase if you are not completely satisfied. My door is always open, so let's talk.
