Aged Brown Micarta Blued Chef

This incredible new one from the Cunning Custom Shop is inteded as an all-purpose chef knife. I forged it thin to shape from 5160 spring steel and it measures about 7 3/4" from tip to guard with a razor sharp convex grind and a blued finish... there is not a job in the kitchen this knife cannot do. The nickel silver bolster is soldered in place above a single maroon g10 spacer and an aged linen micarta handle with a gorgeous range of brown tone. Overall length measures 12 1/2" and it comes in a felt lind Cunninghammer zipper case. All in all, guaranteed for life.
