Buckeye Utility Chef

The Cunningham Custom Shop Utility Chef is the fruition of a concept I've been wanting to make for a long time coming: a slotted guard with a flat thumb rest over a full-tang construction handle using gorgeous woods and synthetics to flex on creativity and color. I've refined a classic look with the handmade nature of my work- and I want to make a thousand more. 

The blade is high-carbon s30v stainless that will avoid rust and unwanted patina, while maintaining a forgiveness on the sharpening stone. It measures about 6" from tip to nickel silver guard with a razor sharp convex grind over stabilized buckeye wood, black g10 and aluminum pins. The overall length measures 11 1/2" and it comes in a Cunninghammer zipper case, guaranteed for life.
