Elk Horn Cascade Cleaver - Damascus

I have always liked the Japanese style vegetable cleaver shape, and gave this one my own twist with more of a drop point profile rather than the upsweep as I'd known them to have. The rocker on the front end makes snappy work of any food prep, but please be advised the fine edge is not idea for boning/large game processing. The blade measures about 6 3/4" with a razor sharp flat grind and the Rocky Mountain elk slabs are secured over maroon vulcanized fiber liners with marine epoxy and two brass pins. Overall length measures about 11 1/2" and it comes with free shipping in a Cunninghammer zipper case.
