Hawaiian Axis Drop Point

I forged this drop point from a 5160 spring steel John Deere load control shaft, and it measures 3 3/4" from tip to guard with a razor sharp convex grind. My extensive heat treat ensures outstanding edge retention that you won't believe possible when met with the ease of resharpening- check out more on that via THE PROCESS page. The brass guard is filed, staked and soldedered in place above black, maroon, white and gray fiber spacers that join a Hawaiian Axis stag handle bringing our overall length to 7 7/8". It comes in a custom hand-stitched leather pouch sheath and I guarantee this rig for life.
