Hawaiian Axis Kitchen Utility - S30V

This beautiful new Cunningham Custom Shop kitchen utility knife is about as close to a one-does-it-all as they come! The S30V stainess blade measures 7 1/4" from tip to guard with a razor sharp freehand convex grind that is a hair over 1/16" thick by eye. The brass guard is soldered in place over a black g10 and maroon micarta spacers with a dare-I-say ergonomically *perfect* handle. Fits the hand like a glove and makes really easy work of manilla rope, so the cucumbers will be effortless! Overall length measures 12 1/4" and it comes in a #CUNNINGHAMMER felt lined zipper case. While it must never be cleaned in the dishwasher, I guarantee the materials and my craftsmanship otherwise for life.
