Hawaiian Axis & Musk Ox Drop Point

I am quite pleased with this latest batch of knives. Like the other two, this blade started as 2" 5160 roundbar that was a John Deere load control shaft, before I forged it to shape. The blade measures 4 1/2" from tip to copper guard with a razor sharp convex grind above a chokable riccasso for that close confident grip when the work gets technical. From there on you're looking at black, maroon, white and gray vulcanized fiber spacers that dress the musk ox horn accent and Hawaiian axis stag for the handle. Overall length measures in at 9 3/8" and it comes in a custom leather pouch sheath, made by yours truly.
