Natural Canvas Kitchen Combo

If I had to choose just two knives for a do-all kitchen set, you're looking at it. For larger jobs like watermelon whackin' the 8" chef knife is there for the tacklin', but frankly I would use the 3 1/2" paring knife the majority of the time. I chose clean, thin flat grinds for effortless slicing and I'm still wearing the bandaid proving just how scary sharp they are. I selected classic natural canvas micarta for the scales and locked them in with copper pins and a slow cure epoxy. Overall lengths clock in at 13" and 8 3/8", but if you'd like varied dimensions or materials I can build to suit.
