Stabilized Maple Chef Chopper - S30V

This outstanding new Cunningham Custom Shop Chef Chopper might just be the only knife you need in the kitchen. The blade is S30V high carbon stainless steel and it measures 8 1/4" from tip to guard with a razor sharp convex grind. The slotted nickel silver guard is soldered in place over black g10 liners and an outstanding set of stabilized maple scales that are secured with marine epoxy and two aluminum pins through the tang. The handle on this build yielded a 12 1/2" overall length, though dimensions of remakes can be tailored to your needs or preferences.
