Stabilized Maple Kitchen Utility - S30V

This beautiful new Cunningham Custom Shop kitchen utility knife is about as close to a one-does-it-all as they come! The S30V stainess blade measures 8" from tip to guard with a razor sharp freehand convex grind that is a hair over 1/16" thick by eye. The nickel silver guard is soldered in place over a black g10 spacer and a stunning stabilized maple handle. I angled the handle slightly upward to give more cutting board clearnace for the hand, and it rides smooth! Overall length measures 13 1/4" and it comes in a #CUNNINGHAMMER felt lined zipper case. While it must never be cleaned in the dishwasher, I guarantee the materials and my craftsmanship otherwise for life.
